Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management
The Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management is a 120 credit size qualification (UK), equivalent in size to the last year of a UK bachelor’s degree.
The qualification in Leadership and Management at Level 6 has been developed to conform to the requirements of the QCF and to meet the requirements of employers. The qualification is not tied to any specific industry but delivers the skills, knowledge and understanding that are required by learners already working in or aspiring to roles in business and administrative management in different sectors on a domestic and international platform.
The Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management allows learners to acquire knowledge and understanding in a range of topics and to develop key skills they require to work in Business and Administrative Management.
We provide a flexible route for learners who have already achieved management qualifications at a lower level and for learners who do not have management qualifications, but may have qualifications in other areas and/or prior experience the work place.
Upon completion of the second year of this progrma students will receive a Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Management Specialists and also an ATHE (Awards for Training in Higher Education) Level 6 Diploma in Business and Administrative Management.
These qualifications are fully regulated by OFQUAL.
Graduates from this program will be eligible to continue their studies, by entering directly into the final two years of study at a range of UK Universities, Business Management Bachelor programs.

- Coventry University
- Cardiff Metropolitan University
- Bolton University
- University of Bedfordshire
As these qualifications are OFQUAL approved, UK universities will generally accept the credits awarded to students.
Who this qualification is for?
This course is suitable for learners who have already achieved qualifications in Business and Administrative management at level 5 and for learners who do not have management qualifications, but have qualifications in other related areas at the same level and/or prior relevant experience in the work place.

The cost of this program is £1750
Please note that the UK Visas and Immigration Department (UKVI) requires adult students to have acceptable English language ability before they can apply to become an adult student under Tier 4 (General) of the points-based system. An applicant is required to be competent in the English language at a minimum of CEFR level B2 for a QCF qualification at level 6 or above.
